पंजीकरण के बाद ही गाँव की संपत्ति पर बैंक ऋण प्राप्त करने के लिए , ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आबाद भूमि का सीमांकन, ड्रोन, नवीनतम जैसे नवीनतम कृषि विधियों के उपयोग द्वारा किया जाएगा यह कार्यक्रम ग्रामीण भारत के लिए संपत्ति सत्यापन समाधान सावित होगा PM Modi जी ने 11 अक्टूबर 2020 को Svamitva Yojana के तहत देशभर के 763 गांवों के 1,32,000 जमींदारों को उनके घरों और आसपास के इलाकों की संपत्ति के शीर्षकों की भौतिक प्रतियां सौंपें थे।

प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 2021-22 के लिए PM Swamitva Yojana (प्रधानमंत्री स्वामित्व योजना) शुरू की है। केंद्रीय सरकार योजना के लिए नए पोर्टल को लॉन्च करने के बाद PM Swamitva Yojana Online Apply/ Registration Form आमंत्रित करेगी। यह प्रधानमंत्री स्वामित्व योजना ग्रामीण भारत के लिए एक एकीकृत संपत्ति सत्यापन समाधान है।अब ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोग अपने गाँव की संपत्ति पर बैंकों से पीएम स्वामीत्व योजना के तहत ऋण ले सकते हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस योजना के साथ राष्ट्रीय पंचायती राज दिवस (24 अप्रैल 2020) पर E Gram Swaraj Portal / eGramSwaraj App ऐप भी लॉन्च किया था

सरकार की यह योजना देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए अत्यधिक ही महत्वपूर्ण है इससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रह रहे लोगों को बहुत से लाभ प्राप्त होंगे इनमें से कुछ मुख्य लाभ निम्न प्रकार से हैं:
- Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana के आ जाने से जमीनी विवाद कम होंगे

- सरकार की इस योजना के आ जाने से अब देश के प्रत्येक गांव को अहमियत प्रदान की जाएगी
- मकानों की मैपिंग के बाद, लाभार्थियों को Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana प्रमाणपत्र मिलेगा। तदनुसार, लोग अपनी संपत्तियों से गांवों में बैंक ऋण प्राप्त करने में सक्षम होंगे, जैसे शहरी क्षेत्रों में लोग बैंक ऋण प्राप्त करते हैं।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched two mobile portals E-Gram Swaraj Portal & Swamitva Scheme on April 24, 2020. PM Narender Modi launched the E-Gram Swaraj Portal & Swamitva Scheme while video conferencing with Sarpanches of panchayats across the nation.
The 10 districts selected in the first year under this scheme include Morena, Sheopur, Sagar, Shahdol, Khargone, Vidisha, Bhopal, Sehore, Harda and Dindori. Remaining districts will be selected in the coming years.
